Screw Oil Press
The principle and technique of oil press:
Oil press uses the mechnical force to extrude the oil out from the oil bearing material. Oil press can be divided into hydraulic oil press,domestic oil press, screw oil press, new type hydraulic oil press, high precision filter oil press. The oil bearing material can be divided into plant raw material and animal raw material. In the general production process, we mainly use plant material. The plant material can also be divided into legume,seeds and hydrophyllaceae categories, including peanut, sesame, rapeseed, flax seed, etc.
The basic process of the oil press process is as follows:
1.The conventional oil mill plant: raw material - Cooking - pressing - crude oil
2.Special oil mill plant: oilseeds -- roasting - pressing - Filtration - Fragrance Oil
3.Special oil mill plant: oilseeds -- whole seeds press -- filter -- cold pressed oil
The process of oil being squeezed:
When the oil material getting into the press chamber,with the rotating of the press chamber,the press is increasing.The oil see become tight with the grease being squeezed out,the mutual pressure between the direct contact material cause the seed plastic deformation,especially get into integration in the oil film rupture.After this process,the oil material become the formation body,not the lose situation,called oil cake.With the dual effect of temperature and press,the protein will continue to deterioration,then influence the formation of the oil cake,In short,the proper degree of protein denaturation will ensure the best oil extraction effect.
