Oilseeds Extruder for Oil Mill Plant

 

Introduction:
Extrusion for embryo or pre pressing cake before leaching with solvent is a kind of ideal production process, due to the remarkable results of equipment investment saving, increasing yield and reducing the energy consumption is of domestic, it is widely recognized and accepted by oil companies in home and abroad.
The core equipment for the implementation of oil extrusion pretreatment technology is the oilseeds extruder. The YJPZ series of oilseeds extruder produced by our company is suitable for oil plants of high oil content. oil is squeezed, heated, sheared and kneaded in the extruder cylinder so that the fuel cell would be completely destroyed, and fat cells are exposed completely.There is a sudden decompression in the template at the outlet of the extruder, water vapors and results in moderate expansion materials. Due to the extruding effect, solvent would penetrate into the oil cell and oil extraction from the cell becomes more easily that improves the leaching efficiency. Moderate extrusion also increase the material density (compared to the raw embryo), thus improving the processing ability of leaching equipment. Because of retention time of oil in the extruder is short, it is very favorable to protect the quality of the raw material. Therefore, the extruder is an important means to increase production, reduce consumption and improve the product quality.

Application:
Oilseeds extruder is mainly used for pretreatment and pre pressing cake leaching treatment of rapeseed and corn germ before oil leaching. Rice bran oil production line of pretreatment section especially need this device to increase oil yield, improve oil quality and reduce the loss of equipment.

Oilseeds extruder maintenance:

1 Cleaning
If you want to clean up the oilseeds extruder, you can insert a blind plate into template and close all the holes. Install the template on the barrel and start the main driving motor. Fill the barrel with water, then inject steam into the barrel and boil the water. The redundant water in the barrel would outflow from the access hole between the thrust bearing and the feed hopper. Measures should be taken to collect the overflow water  into the sewer. After boiling for 10 to 30 minutes, the shaft and cylinder would be cleaned up. Turn off the water and steam and stop the main engine. Open the template and remove the cover, and then start the extruder, feeding with clean water for cleaning until the clean water outflows (note water collection). After cleaning, ensure that all foreign bodies and the blind have removed from the template before installing the template in order to avoid danger.
2 Lubrication and maintenance of bearing box 
Check the oil level of the lubricating oil in the bearing box of the oilseeds extruder per shift, and fill in the N32 oil when the oil is not enough.
Lubricating oil need to be replaced periodically. The first replacing time should be after working for 500 hours; the second replacing time is 2000 hours later; then replace it every 8000 hours. If oil leakage is found in the bearing box, the framework oil seal and sealing ring should be the replaced timely. What you should note here is that when replacing the bearing of bearing box or adjust the axial clearance of bearing, the principle you need to follow is to lock the axial locking nut of the bearing and ensure the flexible rotation of the main axle in bearing box without clamping stagnation.
3 Check the wear of the screw and bushing
When there are production difficulties or unsatisfied extruding effect,  the operator should check the wear of screw and bushing according to the following steps. Removed the template from the oilseeds extruder, and measure the clearance between the terminal helical rim and bushing. The clearance of new equipment should be 3 - 3.5mm. When the clearance is up to 16 mm or so, replace the serious wearing parts depending on the wear of spiral sleeve and the cylinder barrel. In addition, the steam injection tube on the barrel should also be checked regularly to see whether screw axis is eroded by the steam erosion.
