1.Cottonseed Dehulling
- Utilizes high-efficiency cottonseed decorticators

2.Kernel and Shell Separation
- Hull separators use airflow and screening principles
- Thoroughly separate undehulled whole seeds, cottonseed kernels, and shells
- Ensures material purity for subsequent pressing efficiency
3.Flaking
- Cottonseed kernels enter the flaking machine and are pressed into thin flakes approximately 0.3 mm thick
- Destroys plant cell structure, shortening the oil path
- Lays the foundation for efficient oil extraction
4.Cooking and Softening
- Horizontal or vertical cookers perform moisture and heat treatment
- Adjusts moisture and temperature to denature proteins and coagulate oil
- Conditions material to optimal plastic state for pressing
- Crucial for improving pre-pressing oil yield
5.Screw Pre-pressing
- Large-scale screw oil press performs physical pressing
- High-strength alloy material, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant
- Reduces oil content from approximately 27% to about 12%
- Crude oil enters refining workshop, cottonseed cake sent to extraction workshop
6.Solvent Extraction
- Food-grade solvent (such as No. 6 solvent) spraying and soaking
- Fully dissolves oil in the cake
- Cottonseed meal residual oil rate below 1%, high-quality protein feed material
- High output, low cost, low residual oil
7.Crude Oil Refining
