By strictly controlling processing temperatures, thermal denaturation of soybean protein is effectively avoided, maximally preserving the natural structure and high water solubility of the protein. The resulting low-temperature soybean meal exhibits excellent emulsifying, gelling, and solubility properties, providing an ideal raw material foundation for downstream industries.

Currently, equipment from this batch will be successively delivered to major domestic plant protein processing enterprises for the subsequent production of high-quality soybean protein concentrate and soybean protein isolate.
