The core of the equipment adopts the rice bran extrusion process, which effectively inactivates lipolytic enzymes inside the rice bran through high-temperature and high-pressure instantaneous treatment, significantly extending the raw material’s storage life. Simultaneously, the extrusion process transforms powdery rice bran into a porous columnar structure, markedly improving solvent permeability. This allows the residual oil rate to be consistently controlled below 0.5%, while also greatly reducing steam consumption.

Addressing Vietnam’s hot and humid climate conditions, Huatai has integrated cold trapping technology into the leaching workshop, ensuring the tail gas absorption system operates stably and efficiently year-round. Solvent consumption is reduced by 20% compared to traditional processes. The entire production line is equipped with an intelligent control system, enabling fully automated operation from raw material pretreatment to the leaching process. This significantly lowers labor and energy costs, perfectly matching Vietnam’s large-scale oil processing needs.
