The pressing section features a specially engineered screw oil press, with the screw pressing structure optimized for copra’s high-fiber composition. This design effectively increases oil yield while significantly reducing residual oil in the meal, helping the client maximize the value of their raw materials.
The refining section is equipped with Huatai’s self-developed intelligent oil refining equipment, focusing on three core processes: alkali refining, bleaching, and deodorization. This complete edible oil refining production line efficiently removes free fatty acids and various impurities from crude oil while precisely preserving the natural flavor of coconut oil, ensuring that the finished product meets the quality standards for mid-to-high-grade edible oils in the local market.
Turnkey Project with Full-Service Support Ensures Rapid Commissioning
From contract signing to the full delivery of the production line, Huatai Group managed the entire process – from process design and equipment manufacturing to factory quality inspection. All equipment passed internal testing and validation prior to shipment.
Following delivery, Huatai’s installation engineers and process specialists will travel to Indonesia to provide on-site guidance for equipment installation and line commissioning, as well as systematic training for the client’s operators.
