In December 2022, a client from the Democratic Republic of Congo placed an order with our company for a complete palm oil production line. The initial shipment arrived shortly after, allowing installation to begin without delay. We are pleased to announce that the client has since expanded their project with additional equipment. This follow-up order has now been manufactured, delivered, and successfully commissioned. The entire plant is currently in full operation.

The integrated processing line includes several essential stages. It starts with cleaning equipment to remove impurities from the fruit, followed by crushing machinery to break the fruit into fine particles. The crushed material is then cooked to release the oil, which is subsequently extracted using an oil press. The crude oil undergoes sedimentation, filtration, and further refining processes—including deacidification and deodorization—to produce high-quality end products. Finally, the oil is stored and packaged automatically.
