Huatai Completes Installation of 300 TPD Soybean Pre-treatment Equipment and Soybean Oil Extraction Plant in Nigeria
Huatai Gruop is a leading Chinese manufacturer in the edible oil processing machinery industry, has successfully entered the final stages of installing a major new processing facility for a key client in Nigeria. The project, which features a complete set of soybean pre-treatment equipment and a full soybean oil extraction plant, each designed for a capacity of 300 tons per day (TPD), is poised to commence operations imminently.

This significant installation underscores Huatai’s growing influence in the international market and its commitment to supporting Nigeria’s agricultural and industrial sectors. The advanced soybean pre-treatment equipment is critical for the initial cleaning, crushing, softening, and flaking of raw soybeans, preparing them optimally for the oil removal process. Following this stage, the material is seamlessly transferred to the solvent-based soybean oil extraction plant to achieve maximum oil yield.
“The successful installation of this 300 TPD line is a testament to the robust engineering and reliability of our machinery,” said our project manager. “We have provided a turnkey solution that includes state-of-the-art soybean pre-treatment equipment and a highly efficient soybean oil extraction plant, tailored to the client’s specific needs and local conditions. We are confident this facility will significantly enhance our client’s production capabilities and profitability.”
The entire soybean oil extraction plant is engineered for high efficiency, safety, and ease of maintenance. The project’s progression from installation to the upcoming production phase marks a crucial milestone for both Huatai and its Nigerian partner, promising to strengthen the local supply of edible oil and contribute to the region’s economic development.
